Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Les Memis for stays in guest rooms, including breakfast and access to specified activities.

Article 2 - Booking

Bookings can be made:

  • Via the contact form available on our website.
No advance payment or deposit is required. The booking becomes effective upon receipt of written confirmation from us.

Article 3 - Duration of Stay

The rental agreement is concluded for a specified duration. The client cannot claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed period.

Article 4 - Rates and Extras

  • Room rates: Prices include accommodation, breakfast, and access to available activities (pool, leisure area).
  • Extras:
    • Baby cot: €5/night.
    • Covered parking: €5/night (subject to availability).
    • Pets: €5/night.
  • Tourist tax, if applicable, will be paid on-site.

Article 5 - Cancellation

Cancellation by the client:

  • All cancellations must be notified by email or phone.
  • For cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the stay or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be due.

Cancellation by the owner: In the event of cancellation by Les Memis, the client will be informed by email or phone as soon as possible. Any payments made will be fully refunded.

Article 6 - Capacity

Each room is intended for a maximum of 2 people. In case of exceeding this number, the owner reserves the right to refuse access to additional persons without refunding the amounts paid.

Article 7 - Pets

Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €5/night. The client must inform the owner of the presence of pets at the time of booking.

Article 8 - Use of Premises

The client agrees to respect the tranquility of the premises and to use them in accordance with their purpose. Rooms must be returned in good condition.

Article 9 - Personal Data

The information collected (name, first name, email address) is exclusively used for managing bookings and is never shared with third parties.

Article 10 - Disputes

In case of dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court will be the one at the location of Les Memis' headquarters.
